Matt, an experienced SERVPRO tech, really knows his stuff! His explanations about various types of damage and corresponding restoration were detailed and informative, but clear and easy to understand. He possesses vast knowledge concerning smoke remediation, both standard and non-chemical means, including walls/paint, flooring, appliances. stove burners, HVAC and more. Our handheld shower head ended up spraying water onto our hardwood bathroom floor for 15 minutes before being shut off. There was a lot of water under the bathroom in our crawlspace. I thought for sure we would have to replace the wood floors, but fortunately SERVPRO knew exactly what to do. They were timely, professional, and very knowledgable. We had an 8 inch roof drain pipe coupling come loose during a torrential rain storm that flooded two floors of our building, I made a call a little after midnight to Rob Dixon Owner of Servpro of Belle Meade / West Nashville, told Rom I have a flooded building. Rob said I will be right over. Rob was on site in less than an hour. Rob assessed the need called in his crews with the needed equipment and the recovery began. We inherited a family rug that had been in the same main living room since 1978. Servepro came and picked it up, took it and cleaned it, and delivered it back like it was a white-glove job for a celebrity. Not only did it have a beautiful color and richness, but it also gained volume like no one had ever stepped on it!!! We love it and we are proud of it. We know our grandfather would be proud too!

The only complaint was that the job took too long to complete. However, all the people were very professional and Lynn Creach did a fantastic job getting the water and rust stains from our bedroom carpet. It was first thought the carpet was irreparably stained and would need replacing, but he got it all out.
