There was a significant water leak in my home. Two business days after my call I still haven't heard a word. To quote a marketing phrase: It's like nothing ever happened.
ServPro completed a post-leak pack-up of our belongings with efficiency and professionalism. Lupe, Esther and Patte were so kind and helpful, and they had us sorted out in a matter of hours. We also appreciated Brandt working with us to facilitate this phase of our home restoration, and the gentlemen who moved our super heavy furniture were also super thoughtful and careful with our things. I wish I could mention them by name, too. We were definitely pleased with our experience.
Not impressed
I had a grease trap clean out do damages to a garage, leaving a horrible smell. Servpro shows up same day and disinfect and clean the entire area. They continue to do a great job for us and we will continue to use them.
Miguel did an amazing job !! Communication was outstanding!! Will definetly recommend to anyone in need of mitigation !! Thank you to Servpro and especially to Miguel for making this difficult process alot easier !!
