Incredibly disappointed with this company. They have been entirely non-communicative about the status of our Vernon, CT house after they cleaned it due to a fire. They also removed several rugs from the house to clean them but the rugs have not been returned and we can’t get a clear answer from Servpro as to where the rugs are and when they will be returned. This company failed to get a contract to me prior to demanding the first payment and starting work. The initial inspector spent less than 10 minutes at the house and failed to explain what services they would provide. They sent a crew of two very nice young men, neither of whom spoke enough English to communicate with me, resulting in much confusing and a major mess left behind in my flooded basement. RecommendedI had major flooding after a rain storm and years of mold, mildew and algae from water and moisture in my basement. Customer service was great, they were friendly and willing to help where they could. They did a great job removing existing water and restoring and cleaning my basement.

We called after discovering a leak in my roof. They came out and set up equipment and then would not provide a quote for service. I asked that they pick up their equipment due to poor communications and when they did we found out that we were billed for items not brought to my home. Further we went 8 days without actually solving the problem. Now I can’t get a call back regarding the inaccurate invoice OR understanding as to why it wasn’t done correctly. Be fair and honest, placing a lien on my home because you're unable to get an invoice to a customer in a reasonable time frame ,pathetic. I've already recommended to my insurance company to never let another member get screwed by your company, in any state you operate in.

While I understand your frustrations with the timeline from when you received your final bill and the lien period, you did have your bill for a couple weeks before we hit our lien period. Our office did reach out to you to discuss the concerns that you had with the billing, but you were unwilling to take the time to go over any issues that you had.
