Seems a little odd to me they say how good they are but want to be anonymous makes me wonder who wrote the rating sounds fishy to me people.
I just had your team out to my home and then needed you in my office bldg as well. As busy as you team was during this winter freeze you still took great care of my personal home and my commercial property as well. I loved the fact that you were able to save me a ton of grief, aggravation and time in dealing directly with the insurance company for me. I'm a single mom with 2 young kids. Professionalism & trustworthiness are of the utmost concern for anyone coming in to work in my home. Right from my initial call I felt comfortable with Servpro of Bear/New Castle doing my water clean up.
