I recently experienced a leak in my bedroom due to an air conditioner issue. This led to some serious concerns about water damage. Thankfully, I called Servpro and they were incredible. From the moment they arrived, their professionalism and expertise were evident. They quickly assessed the situation and brought in fans and a dehumidifier to thoroughly dry out the bedroom. I feel so lucky to have chosen SERVPRO to help me with the needs and concerns I had for my home. Juan was able to give me his top recommendations for another hygienist I needed for my home as well! He was so knowledgeable and professional! He was always available to discuss the concerns I had about something and if he wasn't available, he would always contact me on the same day. I just want to say the Plant City team was outstanding. They arrived on time, worked with great professionalism, and Brandon, the project manager, made sure to explain the entire process from start to finish. Once the job was done, we went upstairs and were amazed at the results—you can’t even tell anything had happened. The odor is completely gone! Thank you so much to Josh, Gason, and Sylvio for an excellent job.
