Going into Labor Day weekend on a Thursday morning, we woke up to a major leak in the plumbing located in the ceiling of our home. The leak started during the night and by the time we realized it, we already had a lot of damage. We called Servpro of Baldwin County and they sent out 2 people and quickly began to assess damage and started trying to prevent more damage from occurring. I can’t say enough good things about the experience I had with this company. I came home to a leaking water heater and water in the house Rylan, Jordan and Logan showed up fast and worked tirelessly until 2 am. They were very professional, reassuring and pleasant to be around. They were very kind to my 3 year old son who was poking around asking questions too. The team would come back and check on the progress daily and remove more stuff as needed. I would not think twice about doing business with them again.

The Servpro team was prompt and professional. They got our house dried out after a busted water pipe flooded most of the house. They showed care for our house and belongings. They kept our pets safe.
