Mike Thorson responded to our water leak and damages super quickly on a late Friday night...pure awesomeness! Crew guys Matt & Dustin knew their jobs and did it with integrity & respect. Mike Thorson and his crew did a fantastic job with our flood clean up. Cedar River flooded on June 22nd 2024 and shortly after Mike was there and reassuring us things were going to be alright. Hard to believe how amazing these guys were. Highly recommend them.
Had a tenant call for an estimate. Someone showed up to do the estimate and the guy showed and left. A few days later called and asked and was told he would not receive the estimate unless he would use them for the work. This is terrible service! Why waste potential customers time like this! People get estimates to go with either the better provider or the cheaper route. In this case, I will be using a more professional provider for the work that needs to be done.
