Showed up unannounced after a flood incident with an upstairs neighbor, thought they were from my HOA. They were not. Went right to work and removed one room of carpet..took 4 men…and left dehydration equipment for a week. Light bill went up $200, they charged me $500 from a third party I had no idea who they were …and charged me 4k to remove 150 sq ft of carpet. No other work. I could have paid myself 4k and redid the entire space on my own. DO NOT LET THIS PEOPLE IN YOUR HOME!!! OVERLY INFLATED PRICES!!

We did not have a good experience with this Servpro. We needed reconstruction on a small portion of our basement after mold removal- drywall, carpet padding, carpet, and plumbing access door installation. At first they responded quickly, did a tour, and gave estimates on 10/30/25. Few days after, a contractor toured the basement for carpet matching and measurements.
