I'm pretty unimpressed, to be honest. I scheduled a consultation for some mold growth. I wasn't at home when the inspector came, and he was let it by my housemate. I discovered I had a water leak from my hot water tank that damaged my living room floor and dry wall. Servpro came the day they were notified by my Homeowners Insurance. They immediately began to remove the damaged floor and start the drying process with a dehumidifier, fans and a HEPA filter. The project manager Brandon came the first day and was very knowledgeable. My wife's 85 year old uncle had a broken water line under the kitchen sink which flooded the main floor and flooded the finished basement with several inches of water. Servpro responded very quickly on a Sunday afternoon, and Thomas and Kenya worked hard to remove the water and stabilize the house. They were courteous and very professional. They explained the entire process to our uncle so he knew what was happening. Thanks for making the best of a difficult situation.
