My Grandma’s home was severely damaged after an electrical fire and we were connected with SERVPRO of Arcadia through State Farm. Considering the enormous amount of details and stress involved with rebuilding a house, I will forever be grateful for the help from the co-owner Amy Moufarrege. This local franchise are pros. A huge thank you to the general manager, Amy who was over the top in communication and a pleasure to work with. Her crew was professional and carried the same type of excellent communication, commitment and kept their word. I used ServPro for remediation and reconstruction for my entire 2 bed/2 bath condo in DTLA after I had water intrusion. I would strongly recommend this particular team. Thanks, Amy and Javier!
I had a major roof leak that was immediately followed by the appearance of mold and all of this was managed by Servpro With incredible grace and competence. I wish there were better words to describe this, but there are no words. When I mentioned to someone that I was going to use Servpro, their response was that they were very pricey.
