Andy is the best. Very hard worker and very professional. He always went above and beyond with the work that he conducted in the house. Something that stands out to me about Andy was more than just his work ethic. He was so kind. In addition to all the work that he was doing in our home ,he offered to help cut up boxes that I had left in my front yard. These were not small boxes either they were couch size boxes. Our house experienced a roof leak on Christmas Eve. Despite the holiday, someone picked up the phone at the office and walked us through how they could help us mitigate the damage to our home. Over the next few weeks ServPro professionally dried out the impacted areas of our home, put a tarp on the roof to prevent further leaks, and helped coordinate with our insurance company for all of the charges. My Grandma’s home was severely damaged after an electrical fire and we were connected with SERVPRO of Arcadia through State Farm. Considering the enormous amount of details and stress involved with rebuilding a house, I will forever be grateful for the help from the co-owner Amy Moufarrege.
