Our house experienced a roof leak on Christmas Eve. Despite the holiday, someone picked up the phone at the office and walked us through how they could help us mitigate the damage to our home. Over the next few weeks ServPro professionally dried out the impacted areas of our home, put a tarp on the roof to prevent further leaks, and helped coordinate with our insurance company for all of the charges. My Grandma’s home was severely damaged after an electrical fire and we were connected with SERVPRO of Arcadia through State Farm. Considering the enormous amount of details and stress involved with rebuilding a house, I will forever be grateful for the help from the co-owner Amy Moufarrege. This local franchise are pros. A huge thank you to the general manager, Amy who was over the top in communication and a pleasure to work with. Her crew was professional and carried the same type of excellent communication, commitment and kept their word. I used ServPro for remediation and reconstruction for my entire 2 bed/2 bath condo in DTLA after I had water intrusion. I would strongly recommend this particular team. Thanks, Amy and Javier!
