I don't recommend
I thought Servpro was a start to finish company. As advertised LIKE IT NEVER EVEN HAPPENED. I had a water damage issue and called them. They came out and took care of my water issue, carpet removal, drying out. Then told that’s it. That’s all we do. You will have to find a contractor to put everything back like it was. How do they say, like it never even happened, if they don’t finish the job???? Another ridiculous misleading company.
Supply line broke in my bathroom. Flooded the bathroom and part of the hallway that is hard wood. Kyle came assessed the situation. He sent 2 young men to clean up and start the process of drying the floor and Sheetrock. Kyle and the 2 young men were polite, helpful, professional, and took time to explain everything they were doing and why. These employees are top shelf men. Thank you for all you have done.
