Servpro is complaining about the boxes being moved to the kitchen when we explained to them kitchen as we just laid down new flooring in the living room. They also didn't take there trash and left things in our kitchen and living room that they should have taken weee not happy and we don't really want them to finish if they are going to be like this. I had a bathroom water problem. This was on August 4th. I called Serv Pro the next day. I had to leave a message. I’m still waiting for a return call. Not a good way to do business.
John Partner is the weekly cleaner where I work. His professionalism and attention to detail is amazing. I see him as a perfect fit to our large office family. The Laskey's of Hollidaysburg had a water-line backup in March. Called ServPro and they came, the day of the call. Beckie, (all the Jims), Chuck, Bryan and those we might have forgotten, did efficient, exceptional work, on walls, flooring and restoration. We are extremely satisfied, with ServPro workers who did over-and-above what is required. Qualified, knowledgeable, friendly and willing to compromise, with us. ServPro's qualified experts are to be commended.
I had a fire last July and Servpro was recommended. From the crew chief who walked me through the process, the cleanup crew and the contractors who surpassed every expectation I had, I got back a home that is absolutely perfect. In a very difficult situation they all made it alittle bit easier to get through it. I would recommend this company to anyone who would ever be in need of their service.
