We had damage to our flooring and cabinets due to a failed refrigerator supply line. After contacting servpro, David called within a few hours introduce himself and set up an appointment to assess damage. He was out to the house within a couple days, and provided a detailed report. I would like to thank juli project manager, barb,rose,brooke,barbie. For doing a great job on my home. They cleaned my home from top to bottom and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend servpro and there team for your needs. Fast to respond. They take care of your issues and answer any questions you might have. Professional and caring. Great service fair pricing. David got us on the schedule the very day we called. We had a broken drain pipe in our crawl space. Shane and Jack were very polite And professional, They wasted no time in getting our cleanup done Right away. We are very grateful . Glad our plumbing company Recommended them

Servpro of Alpena cleaned up for my family after a garage fire. I would not recommend based on MANY reasons. I will focus on the main complaints. First - extremely expensive for job they actually did. We paid close to $30,000 for an interior cleanup of a 30’x40’ exterior garage. Note the price was not disclosed until the end of cleanup. They worked with our insurance company so only negotiated with the insurance company and we didn’t know final bill until almost completed. By then it was too late. Wonderful experience! Rob and Tyler did an outstanding job cleaning my vents and dryer vent. They were both friendly and answered all my questions. Also, thank you Mindy for setting everything up so quickly and easily. I plan to schedule the next cleaning when my house is due. Thank you everyone!
