Called servpro to come look at our basement that flooded. David Galerneau, was the rep who came over to give us an estimate, he was extremely polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. I would highly reccomend servpro for any situation requiring cleaning and restoration after flooding problems.
I was recommended ServPro by my insurance company, and they have been amazing to work with. When I first called, they warned me they had over a hundred customers in line ahead of me, due to the recent ice storm, but were willing to help if I could be patient.
