We had them clean our basement that had a lot of coal dust from an old boiler. The people on the phone and Joe the estimator were easy to work with and pleasant. Shei who did most of the cleaning was a hard worker, very diligent and quality oriented to be sure things were completed to my expectations, he was very nice to work with and we are happy with the outcome. Best that work / steps you expect to be done are clear and listed on the estimate.

I had a house fire in my apartment and Servepro was contracted through my insurance to provide restoration services to my belongings. Within a week of the fire, Servepro had inventoried and removed all of my belongings from the unit and, as soon as the insurance was finalized, completed the cleaning and restoration of my belongings.
