I have had the pleasure of working with Servpro twice. The first was for a leak I experienced in my home near Pasadena less than two years ago. After my home leak, I asked friends and contractors I knew about whom to trust and I learned about Servpro. have had servpro twice in the last six months take car of black mold. They were fast, and clean super respectful and got the job done and done well. Andy and Julio tore out two plaster walls and a ceiling in 4 hours! No dust anywhere cleaned up everything. I highly recommend this company

I called ServPro for Mold Remediation. What started out as a simple mushroom growing in our den turned out to be an extensive remodel due to mold. I am very grateful for ServPro's services. I worked with Julio, the production manager, and Angelica in the office and a very knowledgeable older lady in the office who explained everything to me in a very patient manner. I reached out to Servpro after I discovered a leak at my mom’s house. Yes they are expensive but they were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Excellent customer service. Super responsive. I would have definitely used Servpro 100% except that AAA denied my coverage.
