Ronnie has been our go-to for 2 unfortunate water events, and has provided helpful and timely information to get us through some not fun days. Very very nice guy who has helped us get our feet under us in situations we are unfamiliar with, and would reach out again if the situation arises - which hopefully it does not! Ha, but great person to have in your court if/when needed.
Cody, Dylan and the team responded quickly to our need in the November flooding. Cody sized up the apparent damage and got a disaster recovery team here the next day. They worked with our insurance company, which originally wanted to dry and reuse the saturated carpet. The odor from it was unlivable, so their intervention led to its removal. We highly recommend the Afton ServePro team.
Not recommended to use. Had someone come out for an estimate for my bathroom to be repaired. Did not hear back. Multiple calls then other franchises trying to reach out to me. And took them 2 weeks to tell me they cant take on my project they are too busy. I had to chase them down to get this answer!!! Unprofessional!
Drew and his crew made quick work of an overwhelming problem. They put everyone at ease and took care of business. They were professional, positive, and made the most of a hard day's work. Aaron was empathetic, communicated about the project clearly, and got our estimate done quickly. I would 5/5 recommend ServPro and hire them again.
