I can’t say enough good things about this company. I had an emergency clean up needed after a basement flood. From the very beginning, starting with Thea and her coordinating with Joe, the job was handled quickly and professionally. I relied on both of these individuals for advice and was not disappointed. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Top notch employees make for a successful company!
I would rate this company a zero if I could! They are extremely slow, unresponsive and reported work to my insurance company that they did not perform! They broke my brand new hot water heater and after three weeks of it leaking all over an uneven floor they installed they came back to look at it and refused to fix it bc it was under warranty and they said for me to call for it to be repaired. Horrible! They also never fixed the floor.
If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. We had a septic overflow in our basement and when we needed immediate help, Servpro was out to our house within a few hours. The Servpro crew were kind, prompt, efficient, and professional. Rob, Junior, and Stanford were the initial group that came out to look at our situation and put us at ease that they would get us put back together quickly and easily. I needed equipment to stabilize a condo in FL after the Hurricane. Mr Burton showed no hesitation in letting me rent and take equipment with me. He also advised me along the way!
Servpro did an excellent job for my business. I had fire damaged equipment and they came in immediately to get my equipment cleaned up and back to working order. Price for service was also very reasonable. I’d recommend Servpro for any unexpected clean up job.
