My friend, who is disabled and I help out, had Servpro come out for black mold. Part of the problem was a sewer leak. Josh never explained that the leak had to be repaired before they could finish. Josh had been to the house for 2 days and never said anything. My friend had called 2 plumbers trying to get someone to come out. I came home to a completely flooded basement on a Friday afternoon. After speaking with the insurance company I called SERVPRO and a very nice lady answered my call quickly and the first team member showed up within 30 minutes. Shortly after that the team arrived and got straight to work. They stayed late into the evening getting as much done as possible. We had the misfortune of a broken pipe that caused extensive damage to our cabin. Servpro did an outstanding job of mitigating the problem promptly. Josh kept us posted on everything they were doing to dry things out and stayed in constant contact until the job was completed.
