Absolutely awful customer service and support. Never got to experience their water damage services because they left before they were even supposed to start. Crew showed up 40 minutes early to a morning job, no advance phone call, no request for early arrival. When I asked them to wait because my family was still getting ready for the day and using the room they were to clean, they waited 10 minutes on the porch, went to the truck and then left before they were even scheduled to arrive (I have this on video). I cannot say enough good things about Servpro! When we had an electrical fire we needed some cleaning. Mike, the owner, came out immediately to assess the situation, and Steve, the manager, was right behind him making sure everything was handled quickly and professionally. After pipe leaked and ruined basement floor they came out the next day did an estimate and sent workers back later the same day to remove the wet flooring and dry out the walls. It was a big relief they got things set up so quickly.
