We are so happy we called SERVPRO! Dylan B. and his crew were excellent. We had the pipe that leads to our refrigerator/ice maker burst inside the wall in the middle of the night. While we slept our finished basement turned into a rain forest. It was a mess! Our kitchen tile is ruined and the water crept into our home office and ruined that carpet and the lower portion of the wall. AWFUL. Dylan and his guys were Johnny-on-the-Spot. Zac did an excellent job of cleaning up mold. Informed me of what was going on and make sure to put pets up so they are not around chemicals to kill mold . Thank you zac

BEWARE BEWARE! Horrible experience from this Huber Heights business. I'm a Real Estate professional and called them on behalf of an elderly client. She had inherited her sisters home which was filled with stuff and visible mold on the drywall in the finished basement. Then the sump pump backed up and left standing water in the back room. We had a 3" septic line in our crawlspace break and spill waste into our crawlspace. Unfortunately the only thing that alerted us to this was the smell and that didn't make its way into the house for a couple of weeks. When we determined what the smell was, we called Servpro the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Eric was out the next morning to take a look at it.
