Had about 10” of water in my basement after a storm, called and the number rang about a dozen times. Eventually it connected me to the national office pretending to be this local one (she told me she was somewhere in CA). They took my info and said someone would call soon. 12 hours later and still no call-back… Absolute garbage about communication, save your time and money and go elsewhere

Recently, my mother experienced water damage in her basement. Paulo Santiago and his team at Servpro worked diligently to help my mom with this unexpected disaster. From the moment Paulo arrived, his constant communication and prompt service were outstanding. His team spent a good amount a time clearing out the water, and cleaning the mold and mildew caused by this flood.
