We had water damage on the floor and carpet. Yuli came to our home with Sparky. They dryed the floor and carpet with fans and a humidifier. Yuli was very courteous and helpful. She and Sparky got everything dry. I was very satisfied with the excellent service I got from Servpro.
The management at servpro at the Hebron office are awful I worked for them just a week b4 my year.I can tell you this it's terrible the way the run it you can't get in contact with no one in the management position and when you do it's been days or hours b4 you get a response. I would get sent on jobs that they know damn well I should have had atleast another person if not 2 more but I didn't complain I just did to the best of my ability and 99.9 of the time I still did it they do not care about thier employees at all now I ... read more
They did a terrible job and all they were concerned about was getting paid. I would not use them again.
Called to have tech check a possible mold issue picked up by inspector before sale of our condo. The 5 + times I called they were extremely nice and promised to send a quote. We never got it. I see that is a common complaint…as others said I guess they didn’t want the job. Just wish I was told up front so I didn’t waste my time and could call someone else
THEY REWIRED OUR HOT WATER HEATER INCORRECTLY AND RUINED IT… MY HOUSE ALMOST BURNT DOWN!!!!!! AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS
