Like many other homes on Long Island on 8/13/14 our basement flooded with over 17 inches of water. With not knowing who to turn to or how to begin to address this problem we were bled des to contact Turnkey Restoration NYC/Servpro. I spoke to Robert who is an owner and he assured me that they would take care of everything. That same day they were at my house pumping out the water.
