ServPlus demoed and cut through copper piping. They demoed way more than what needed to be done which cost me so much more. They damaged very expensive items even when I asked them should I move them? They said no. They didn’t even cover the items that I had cleaned and ready for my estate sale. Unbelievable. . I have pictures of the broken and damaged items that I can’t sell. I have proof of all of the numerous emails and phone calls. Still after all of these months not one word to resolve this issue.
I hired this company as I was dealing with a mold issue caused by a leaking pipe. First off they were professional. My only complaint is I do not know who they have in accounting dealing with their accounts but the guy is a jerk. I am on a payment plan and every Thursday this guy calls and harasses me to pay the balance. At first it was pay this balance because we have not received a check from your insurance company.
