They are telling the truth. Someone really needs to investigate their complaints you are talking about two years later and they still are not doing what they need to do keep up with the outside. and indoor the garbage has pealing. Servite Woods is a joke, they treat us like renters and they will not respond to complaints. I haven’t been able to enjoy my condo because of the neighbor who lives above me. His floors are ridiculously noisy in all of the rooms. The HOA don’t enforce they’re Bylaws or CCR’s unless it’s for their benefit. The office staff is very unruly and don’t care about the homeowners. The condo dues are ridiculously high for what they don’t do.
