I was referred to this law firm so I called them . The lady who answered was very rude, I was trying to proceed in telling her that I was recommended to them and I was trying to tell her my matter and why I was callling. She seemed not interested in listening to me and no sympathy at all . I hope she doesn’t answer to other people that way , please have patience and don’t seem to be in a hurry or careless next time .
