Terrible experience with Servicio Ramirez. They charged us $211.00 to fix our leaking washing machine. It began to leak again just days later, but they were suddenly very busy and a lot of time passed before they finally came back out. Then, the technician said he couldn't find the problem, "I'm as confused as you are" he told my husband. I've repeatedly asked for a refund to no avail and no one will return my calls. I highly discourage you from using this business.
