J'ai contacté la clinique par courriel et par téléphone à plusieurs reprises, car l'une de leurs psychologues m'a été recommandée. Il faut apparemment passer par le directeur de clinique pour pouvoir obtenir un rdv. Ce monsieur était en vacances, personne n'a pu de me dire quand il reviendrait et me contacterait. Friendly person called me back for the first appointment. Nobody ever showed up... Could be something out of control. I would understand. Their "in-the-cloud or offshore" receptionist more willing to fwd me to a voice mail instead of finding a solution. They tried to text me on a landline (text to voice in my VM)... Maybe I am old fashion... but I would prefer a voice call. This was my first experience with this profession, I was hoping a better ride.
