ZERO STARS..... NOT EVEN WORTH A PITY STAR. This company is a scam. Work order issued thru home warranty so you think they would be a credited business, wrong. The technician arrived and did his assessment then left without notifying us he was done. I’m sorry, there is no other way to put it. Scam artist! My warranty company put it service with these guys to replace my AC unit.. the worst and most unprofessional experience I’ve had thus far. It could not be more obvious this company’s intentions to get over on you. Let’s just say I was being charged for parts to be replaced and instead they were just going to flush themthat and extra codes permits and after two months of waiting and no documents to support any of these numbers, they canceled the day of install, really b... read more
Update: They say they now ordered the wrong part. This company is a scam. There are multiple reviews saying the same thing. Be warned. It has been 24 days since they showed up and it is still not fixed. I am filing a BBB complaint and review. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. This is the company Fidelity Home Warranty chose and as a person below stated the lack of communication and lack of work is incredible.
