Bad customer service. I have been waiting 3 years for my free tune up and now the heater is down and cant get the company on the phone.
The told me they would be here at 8am. I took off work and finally I call at 9am to find out where they are, they said they had another job before mine. I guess me as a customer my time isn't valued! As i still wait....
