This company has HORRIBLE customer service. If you call to cancel they will tell you that you need to talk to someone that isn't there and to leave a message which will never be returned. They will continue to bill for cancelled service. It's a scam, don't sign a contract with them. I followed through on our contract but when the 12 months were up they wouldn't call me back and allow me to cancel therefore continued to charge me for their services which I didn't want.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They have terrible customer service. I had cancelled their service and they still came out to my house and charged me $69.00 and addition for cancelling them they also charged me an additional $100.00. This is the most unprofessional and terrible customer service i have ever done with. They are a bunch of scam artists and they will steal your money. Had a different pest company and Servicepro came in and advised they could do a better job for the same price. We work nights and only asked for a phone call when they were coming out to be able to let them in the house due to the door bell being disconnected and having a pit for protection. They did not do this and so the inside of our home was not sprayed but we were still billed. Upon calling to have them come out they would not.
