I’m really disappointed with the carpet cleaning I received. The crew was late, rude, and completely disorganized. They didn’t treat my home with respect and left a mess behind. The carpets were not cleaned properly, with many stains still visible. The whole place smelled worse than before. Customer service was dismissive and refused to help. Definitely not a trustworthy or reliable company.
The crew left dirty water buckets on my porch and didn’t clean up after themselves. Totally unprofessional.
Not only do my carpets look brand new, but the entire house feels fresher. The difference is noticeable immediately.
My carpets look as good as new after their cleaning service. Everything was handled with professionalism and care. Very pleased with the results.
