Nice guy, knew what he was doing. Trustworthy.
He talked me through everything very nicely and was very reasonable.
Cody was our repair associate. He worked with us two days. He did what he could and in talking and listening to him, know “he knows his plumbing stuff!!!” He also was open to and spoke to his boss for suggestions which is a sign of collaborative intelligence. In the end, we had to buy a new water heater. The only difficulty is that the crud in the old unit, with our hard water, maybe should not have been drained.
