Tasks and Change Requests are large "pages" made up of smaller text dialogs. When you use the mouse-wheel to scroll in a text dialog and reach the end of the text, suddenly you are scrolling the entire page. You end up moving the text dialog itself when you wanted to move the text inside the dialog. Please find the people who designed this behaviour and fire them. No!... a better punishment would be to move them to QA where they are forced to actually use it. It's painfully obvious that the product manager has never sat down... read more
