The quality of this item is terrible. It broke within two days of use. The materials feel cheap and very plastic. I paid a premium price for junk. Customer service refused to offer a refund. They blamed me for the structural failure. Absolute garbage from a dishonest company.
The product arrived completely broken today. The packaging was flimsy and very thin. I tried to call their support line. No one answered after an hour waiting. This was a total waste of money. I will never shop here ever again. Please stay away from this shady store.
Shipping took over a month to arrive. They promised three-day delivery on site. Tracking numbers never updated the entire time. When it got here, it was wrong. I received a completely different colored item. Returning it costs more than the product. Do not trust their shipping estimates ever

I bought this as a gift recently. It arrived with a huge scratch inside. The box was already opened and taped. Clearly they sent me a used return. This is unacceptable for a "new" item. I am embarrassed to give this away. Terrible quality control from this business.
