We were told 4-7 days for our water mediation work. To date we have been in a hotel for 16 nights. I can only estimate that they put in two hours of work a day. Communication is abysmal. A day before my project was due to be done I had to call them, only for them to tell me they found additional damage to my heater and had to put more through. While service master does have some good employees, they are not managed very well. Jesse gives poor direction causing more damage than your fire caused causing you to throw lots of stuff out that you will not be reimbursed for. He does not take responsibility for his screw ups. Service Mastet is definitely not to your rescue.
Do you not use this service it is terrible! We were going to have them steam clean our kitchen floor and clean the couch. They were running over an hour late no call no show so we called their and spoke to the owner. He said he would find out what’s going on and call us right back, he had to tech call us back and the tech who we could barely understand said “I’m sorry I can’t make it I’m in Bridgeton still”. Working with Jesse and his crew was a positive experience. Jesse was very patient with my delays and many questions. Each time I called the office, the girls were pleasant and helpful. John, Andre and Pedro remediated the mold in my basement. They were great. I felt very comfortable as a woman alone with these men working in my house. Pedro went over and above by offering and following through on taking away the big items I left at the curb for trash pickup.
Quality work from quality people! Thanks Jesse for the mold advice. Saved me a major head ache.
