Juan Rodriguez did a great job and was friendly and worked very hard. Juan was understanding and cared for our needs.
The pros at service master came out to mitigate the property and cleaning issues when a 2nd backup was discovered, They carefully added the additional clearing problems to the first backup.
The team members Braydon, Cameron, Ethan …all very professional and friendly. They reassured me step by step about what they found, what they needed to do and walked me through afterward to explain what they’d done. Next steps will be the reconstruction.
