I realize there are several Service Master franchises and I am only speaking of this franchise of several locations throughout WI owned by Candie and Todd Frank. My experience along with so many fellow neighbors' reports about this company are mind boggling and I can only say STAY AWAY. The poor service and business acumen after the 8/10/25 flood in SE WI was undeniably a hot mess. Carl and his team at Servicemaster were great to work with and super polite. I called Servicemaster last Wednesday and Carl came over the same day to look at the areas we needed cleaned up due to mold in the basement. They scheduled us immediately and took care of everything in a day and Carl was there to make sure it was done to our expectations. I would definitely use them again. Thanks Carl and team!
