When you call them, these guys say they do not charge a fee to go to your sight to look at your job. This is not true! The came to my house to help me access a possible water issue because of a mildew smell in the living room. They were on site for 10 minutes and did nothing because there were no visible signs of water. He left after my contractor decided that he would open up the subfloor to see if there was any water below. We agreed that ServiceMaster would come back with suction and fans if we found water . This owner of this franchise is so greedy that if the insurance company doesn't pay him he will bring litigation even against 'Senior Citizens'. They harass & threaten senior citizens even though this is against the federal & state laws. Evidently his business needs money. They do more damage than restoration.
