We had a massive restoration done to our home after snow damage. It was a large scale project to make the repairs our house needed to be our home again. Together with our insurance company the Service Master Restore team worked hard to help us restore our home. The team was wonderful and kept us in the loop with many updates, and assurances. I just want to give a thank you to Raymond and his wonderful team for all of their hard work and dedication to helping our family be able to come home.
Very quick to respond to the issue , within a few hours of contacting my insurance company. Staff were great and continued updates from the Project Manager. Still have one more issue to resolve and hopefully the issue with the squeaky floor will resolve over time or they will address it when the weather warms up. Project Manager informed my insurance company regarding the situation.
ServiceMaster - from the moment we met Jay who was out at our home an hour after we contacted our insurance and maintained contact daily, through the removal of the massive tree cutting off our backyard, to the crew sifting through gardens to ensure that broken glass would not be a danger, the roofer examining every minute detail and so on and so on.
