Had an overland water flood in my basement, which is a rental apartment. About 1000sqft of laminate flooring and subfloor needed replaced. No damage to trim or drywall. They said my tenant would need to be out for 4-6 weeks, even though it only took a week to install the flooring and subfloor and trim in the first place. I told them the timeline would not work for my tenant and I, and that I would find my own contractor to do the work faster than they could do it.
