We had a leak in our basement and had to engage with our home insurance company to get it repaired. I am still in the process of doing so, but had Josh visit our home to conduct an inspection and he was fantastic. Showed up right on time, exhibited great communication, honesty and thoroughness. Was also willing to take the time to explain the process and answer any questions I had. I highly recommend, thanks Josh!
