ServiceMaster was our insurance preferred company to fix our basement flood. We have never dealt with anything like this, nor have our families/friends. We had no idea what to expect. They called us right away and came to clean/box everything. Our flood initially happened during the Christmas holidays, and they were present throughout the week. They work very fast and efficiently. No one ever wants to get the call that they have mold in their attic of their new home, but Servicemaster put us at ease immediately. The team was quick to come do an inspection and pull together a very reasonable quote. The team was diligent to complete the work and were very communicative throughout the entire process. Great service for water damage to basement from leak over Christmas. They were on time, took care to keep our floors clean, and explained everything they were doing. They also took extra caution bc of my mold allergies. Would recommend.
