Josh and his team were great. We had a flood in the basement and from the clean up to the repairs - everything was seamless. Great communication, professional, very accommodating, not to mention patient. The final drywall work was perfect - like nothing ever happened, and it was finished earlier than expected. I highly recommend Josh and his team who will be my go-to next time we encounter another issue.
We had a crew with a woman named Taylor who was in charge. It was a basement flood they were working with … the team and Taylor were friendly and did a throughly clean. We were so happy with their work . Because we were in country I made coffee for them and one day purchased some baked goods …would recommend service master again for any issues …
