Do NOT recommend this franchise. As a “former” employee who was laid off a month before Thanksgiving, (while implementing a previously nonexistent Safety Program) I can say with confidence that the owners and management are dishonest to the extreme. They utilize temp workers and non-English speaking workers to avoid OSHA training standards and have exposed numerous employees and clients to hazards in their previous jobs. I became an OSHA whistleblower and reported them for investigation.

A special shout out to Jared, Sid, and Vaughn My wife and I unfortuantely had a water supply pipe break in our home. Jared and his team were sent out to help with clearing water damage from plumbing issues. From the first call, he was easy to talk to, professional and clearly knows what he's doing. The scheduling was complicated due to some travel I had planned, but Jared was incredibly flexible and always ready to start. Excellent service provided by this company. An unexpected leak from my bathroom turned into a mini waterfall in my garage. My insurance contacted ServiceMaster Restore. The team of Jared, Stephen, Moses, Bianca, Sid and Terry were great to work with! First they showed great care for preserving goods in our home that were not damaged. Before work began they neatly packed and stored everything for us in a safe place to prevent any damage.
