After the 2026 Ice-pocolypse, we discovered water seeping up through our wood floors due to a frozen, damaged pipe. The ServiceMaster team, led by Tra Lewis, was prompt, helpful and very thorough in demolishing and drying our floors, clearing any current or potential damage below, and communicating a sound plan every step of the way. Tra Lewis did our mitigation after the ice storm and was a pleasure to work with. He was kind and efficient and always called ahead to let us know when he was coming. Upon completion of his part of our reconstruction, Tra was very conscientious about thoroughly cleaning up the work areas. The whole clean- up process after water damage can be very disruptive but Tra made the whole process bearable. We were very impressed with his courtesy and professionalism.

Andre did an amazing job with the remediation at my parents’ house. I run my own construction company and rarely meet guys with his level of excellence. He was prompt, timely, courteous, and communicative. His work was also clean and efficient. The job site stayed tidy and his dust protection was next level. I called Scott and Charlotte with Service Master when I had an issue during the ice storm.The very next day they had Andre come by and look at my damage. He did a great job treating my basement . Next day Drake brought dehumidifier to leave at my house for several days for the moisture issue and he cleaned everything up.
