Professional team..showed up on time. Explained everything well. Good follow up. The mitigation team was led by Tre and he really did his best by us. Felt like we were in good hands.
Tra Lewis was very professional and communicated each step of the way. The extra communication was very appreciated considering we had two separate events happening at once.
Tra Lewis was my lead guy and was phenomenal from start to finish. He and his partner communicated with me what work would be done, the timeliness of it and when they would be finished!!!! Our house was hit by a tornado May 6, 2024 just before dark. With a big hole in the roof and five inches of rain that fell that night. A call to two companies were made that night.
