Tra Lewis and Christopher were professional, courteous, and efficient. Trey did a good job communicating. He kept us informed and listen to our input.
Overall we were very pleased with the mitigation team. Dalton & Chris arrived a couple hours after calling our insurance company to report a water leak. A couple days later, Tra took over the job with the assistance of Chris. All three were very helpful & answered all our questions. Trey with ServiceMaster by David was awesome to work with. He was thorough and went above and beyond. He ensured the remediation of our condo due to water damage was done perfectly to prevent further issues and mold in the future. I trusted him with the entire process. He kept us informed and walked us through everything each step of the way. I recommend him and the team and I am 100% satisfied with the work he oversaw and did with the remediation.
