I recently called ServiceMaster by David to come and look at my crawl space. We live near a lake and a recent inspection had shown some mildew due to high moisture levels as well as some damage to the moisture barrier. Tra Lewis and Christopher were professional, courteous, and efficient. Trey did a good job communicating. He kept us informed and listen to our input.
Overall we were very pleased with the mitigation team. Dalton & Chris arrived a couple hours after calling our insurance company to report a water leak. A couple days later, Tra took over the job with the assistance of Chris. All three were very helpful & answered all our questions. Their work was done quickly & well, with extra attention to cleanliness. I cannot comment on the price, as I never saw one; they worked directly with our insurance company.
