I had a water leak that flooded my kitchen & part of my hardwood floor. Tra Lewis was the representative from Service Master From the very beginning he was so kind and assured me everything would be handled properly & professionally which it was He set up all the equipment & checked it every day He was very careful with all my belongings that he had to move I could not have asked for better help! Service master, thank you for having such an excellent employee

This Servicemaster team completely saved the day – the week in fact! I brought them in to handle cleanup from a leak and, unlike my plumber, they recognized that we still had a leak to contend with! Jarah and her team were so professional, so helpful, and so willing to go above and beyond the call of duty! I hope we don’t need them again, but, if we do, I know exactly who to call.

I’m in the warranty department for a homebuilder and needed water and mold remediation due to a leaking window. They were able to get out the next day after I called the afternoon prior. Jarah was great. She was very friendly, informative and professional. I will definitely use ServiceMasters for remediation needs in the future.
