This was a fantastic crew who did a superb job! Jamey came in and checked on the crew and kept me informed of everything! The crew itself was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and such hard workers! This was our first time using Service Master and it was a very positive experience. John came to assess the situation, explained everything that would be done and provided a timeline as well. Nolan and Gabriel performed the cleanup. They were courteous, professional and respected our property. They also communicated what had been done for the cleanup effort. We had a second flood in our basement within 3 months of the first flood. Since John and his team did such a great job the first time he was the first and only one I called this time. John, Esteban, Steven and Alex came out immediately and got to work. So easy to work with! They were able to save our brand new carpet and baseboards by extracting all water, sanitizing and drying with fans for 5 days. Cannot say enough good things about this crew. Highly recommend!
