John and his team were absolutely amazing to work with. From the first call through the completion of the work, they were kind, prompt, and professional. We were never left in the dark. John explained each step, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was handled thoroughly. Our dishwasher leaking and flooding the kitchen, bathroom, and basement was sooo stressful but we got through it thanks to their reassurance and amazing service. Highly recommended!
We had some bad leaking in a couple rooms of our home related to an ice dam. John Austin came out to our home very quickly once he was contacted by our insurance company to take a look at everything. He spent about an hour at our house - moisture testing everything, looking in our basement, checking flooring, and answering all my questions. We decided to wait a couple days to allow the ice on the roof to melt. ServiceMaster Kwik did an amazing job. They walked me through the entire process and John was always available to answer questions.
Great communication: John was very attentive to our needs and showed flexibility in the way he was scheduling the remediation work at both units, highly recommend. My walls and floors are dry!! Yay!!
Had a great experience with Dan at Service Master. He was very professional, timely and thorough. Jaime did a fantastic job with the remediation. I would highly recommend them and the pricing was very fair.
