We had a second flood in our basement within 3 months of the first flood. Since John and his team did such a great job the first time he was the first and only one I called this time. John, Esteban, Steven and Alex came out immediately and got to work. So easy to work with! They were able to save our brand new carpet and baseboards by extracting all water, sanitizing and drying with fans for 5 days. Cannot say enough good things about this crew. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with ServiceMaster Restore. Project Manager John was incredibly efficient, thorough, and responsive. The work was completed within just a few hours. He promptly answered all of my texts and questions, The technicians, Alex and Esteban were outstanding. They were professional, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They handled everything with great care and didn’t leave a single scratch or any damage to my home or belongings.

Servicemaster was immediately available and supportive. John, the project manager, came out right away to assess and had a team out to our house the next day. His communication during the week was excellent. Thank you to John, Garth, and the rest of the guys who took care of us and our home so quickly!!
