ServiceMaster of Concord was referred to us by our insurance company to come in and mitigate work after another much smaller restoration company did incomplete work. While the teams that came in and did the physical work were professional. Management and their support staff however were, and continue to be disorganized, unprofessional, downright rude and disrespectful. We had a terrible disaster in our guest room the day before our guests arrived, and they sent a young man out who made it all perfect again, as if it never happened. We are truly appreciative. Will definitely use them again..

This company is the biggest rip off to our insurance companies and one of the reasons our Insurance rates are too high!!! They only care about getting that insurance check and nothing about the people OR their BELONGINGS!!! They loose stuff, throw stuff away then charge you the hours to find it!!! They way overcharged for hours!!! They left a HUGE roll of bubble wrap and charged me $360.00 for it!!!
