We've been trying to get our house checked for mold damage for over 3 months and have never been able to get an estimate after the inspection. I'm not able to rate the expertise level because we've never gotten a service. The lack of any response whatsoever from the team warrants a 0 zero promptness. My husband was very ill my wash mechine line broke in the middle of the night. I woke up to find that there was water up to my ankles when I slipped out of bed in the middle of the night. My husband was to ill to help, I called my insurance company and they told me to call ServiceMaster. ServiceMaster came to my home at 4:00 am. they saved my furniture, dried my children things. I had a huge flood in my home. Every room was affect. I called ServiceMASTER Clean and they were there in a matter of minutes to help me clean this mess up. They asured me everything would be ok and that they would fix my home even better then before. I was able to get back in my home in just a couple weeks and the house looked perfect. My home flooded in the middle of the night, I called ServiceMaster Clean and with in one hour at 3am on a saturday night they were at my home talking to my insurance company any restoring my property. This was one of the worst things that ever happened to me and ServiceMaster was a god send.
