RecommendedMy insurance company assigned ServiceMaster of Wilmington to do the water remediation on my property. They did an excellent job at drying out the damaged area and removing the wet sheet rock, insulation and shear wall. They were easy to work with and very respectful of my home.
Wonderful experience I was a little apprehensive as to what and how things need to be done after hurricane Florence's destruction to our home. After contacting Service Master and talking to Christ W. I was at ease; he walked me through the process while explaining everything that needed to be done. Then team lead Bobby and Christ completed the job in a fast and professional manner. They won't return my calls!! This company came promptly when called but then I never heard back from them. I was recently released from the hospital when I needed their service and they came and dried the space. They were supposed to do the restoration as well but they won't return my call. When I finally got the owner on the phone he told me they don't service my area and they wouldn't finish my job b/c I was upset they hadn't been in touch in over 3 weeks.
