This night mate began November 26,2024. They came out and did 3D videos and picture and tested the house for damage. I never got the estimate. After months and months of calling I put a review of 1 start up and with in 20 Craig calls and says if you take it down. We will come do another estimate because of cost going up. 6 month later he still hasn't called me back, never sent me old estimate. Poor business to deal with. If I could turn them in to better business bureau, I would. Last but not least, Do not water your time.

Craig is great! Very nice and knowledgeable. This company did a great job getting the cigarette smell out of an apartment that I’m moving into. Craig got me in even sooner than he originally said and was great at communicating their every move. Definitely recommending to anyone in need of these services!

ServiceMaster Restoration by Viking "They are fantastic! We had some water lines break in our summer home which created quite a mess! Their crew was fantastic! They were prompt and professional. I really appreciate their cooperation and communication with us . It was a disaster and stressful, but Craigs knowledge and expertise was very helpful .
