ServiceMaster Restoration by Viking "They are fantastic! We had some water lines break in our summer home which created quite a mess! Their crew was fantastic! They were prompt and professional. I really appreciate their cooperation and communication with us . It was a disaster and stressful, but Craigs knowledge and expertise was very helpful . Came to access damage from a small fire - waited two days and called to see when the work would be done, got answering service, left number and message - no response. Called the next day, got answering service and left same message - no response. It will be a week tomorrow, how long does one wait for fire clean up?! Very, very unprofessional!
