I was very pleased with the prompt assistance from both Jeffrey Ott , Jonathan Iabuff’s and the entire team! They were very helpful in guiding us through the work they did for me. They were all very friendly, supportive (death in fam) and helped us out tremendously and in a timely way! I inspected the work they did today and they did an excellent job!!! Seth was an amazing help in a moment that we had no idea what to do. They were very responsive arriving at midnight, setting up gear and getting the remediation going. One complaint, i wish they would keep the same people on the same job, work was still good, jsut seemed weird they would send out new people to a job that they had never seen 3 days into a remediation. Regardless of this, fully remediated in 4 days, with some oversight.
