Paul G was our project manager on our kichen floor restoration. He walked us through the detailed process professionally with great care and empathy. Our installers, Mitch and Kolby were 'cream of the crop', very responsive to our every concern. The product is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Had a devastating house fire. Matt, Esdon, and Paul went to bat for us since our insurance was lackluster. They made sure that they kept us informed the whole process. Very quick to respond. Night or day. They went above and beyond for us. They worked miracles and got us home for Christmas. They worked with us with our desires for the home.
Paul Glass was the project manager for my claim. He was exceptional!! He took care of ceiling, roof repair, and carpet replacement. Everything was completed within 3 weeks!! I’m amazed at how great everything looks! I couldn’t be happier. You can’t tell I had any damage here. I believe my place looks better than it did before storm damage. Thank you again so much Paul!! I will recommend you to everyone!
