We had a terrible experience with Service Master who made so many excuses like, “we picked up many new jobs, and hasn’t had a chance to review and serve your ongoing process”. For those we search for water restoration company, definitely don't use this one. They are not only expensive, non professional and most of all, they charge your credit card without contact you with the price they want to charge. We for sure had horrible service from this company.
